Anne was born in Worksop in 1986. As she grew up, it was clear she was destined for showbusiness.

Anne Foy was born in Worksop, North Nottinghamshire where, at the age of 15 she was spotted by a producer and went on to present CBBC’s ground breaking hidden camera show “Stitch Up!” This lead to her playing the lead role in the sitcom “Bad Penny” (BBC) and in 2005 she became the face of CBBC on BBC ONE.

After 5 years working in Children’s Television, Anne furthered her career at Current TV - Al Gore’s Emmy award winning channel dedicated to young adults. Here, she developed her journalistic experience creating and writing her own output. Anne is a hugely talented presenter with experience working as a programme developer, researcher and script editor. She is quick to initiate and develop ideas and is passionate about delivering informative programming that is also entertaining and influential to the 18-34 demographic.

Outside of TV Anne has hosted THE BIG GIG at Birmingham arena, and the final of GUIDING STAR at Sheffield arena.
Anne’s voice work includes 4music, Geox, PC World promotional Idents, numerous radio comedies and narrating stories for BBC7.
